Q. Q. What are my alternatives for tuition payment?
A. There are five payment options:

  1. Full Payment of Tuition by July
Full tuition payment should be made by check directly to Stone Ridge and postmarked July 1 or earlier.

  2. Full Payment of Tuition Upon Enrollment
Full payment of full published tuition will entitle you to a discount. Full tuition payment should be made by check directly to Stone Ridge and paid at the time of enrollment. The discount is only available to families paying full tuition.

  3. Semi-annual Payments of Tuition
Semi-Annual payments through FACTS Tuition Management are made on July 5 and January 5. Parents paying in two payments will be asked to pay through FACTS Tuition Management Plan, a direct debiting payment method. For this service, FACTS charges a $15 fee. This is directly debited from your account when FACTS receives the paperwork.

  4. Monthly Payments of Tuition in Ten Payments
The monthly payments through FACTS Tuition Management Plan are paid in direct debit payments. Payments will start in April and continue through January. The tuition should be paid in full by January. FACTS Tuition Management charges a $41 fee for the first child’s account and a $20.50 additional fee for an additional child if the same banking information is used for all children enrolled. For example, if you have 2 children the fee would be $61.50 ($41 plus $20.50.) This is direct debited from your account when FACTS receives the paperwork.

  5. Financed Payments Through a Loan
Please check our Education Loan Programs page.
Q. Can I pay by credit card?
A. No. We are not accepting credit card payments through FACTS because of minimal participation.

Q. Can I use a combination of an education loan and FACTS to pay my tuition?
A. Yes.

Q. Is it too late to apply for Financial Aid?
A. The deadline for applying for financial aid is December 31. Barring unusual circumstances, such as late application to the school or unexpected job loss, families must meet this deadline. While applications received or completed after the deadline will be considered on a first come, first served basis if funds remain available, families who miss the deadline jeopardize their chance of receiving aid and may be placed on a waiting list.
