Volunteers on the Annual Fund Committee
gather twice a year. Together, we call
parents and alumnae to encourage
philanthropic donations to support the
school and the Sacred Heart mission.
Time Commitment:
One fall meeting; a few
phonathons throughout the year.

Our biennial gala has
many opportunities for volunteers. Sign
up for a committee early and join the
fun of putting together Auction 2007.
Choose from these committees:
Advertising, Catalog, Decorations,
Disassembly, Display, Invitations,
Set-up, Solicitations,
and Thank-You Letters. Volunteers are
need to work the night of the Auction.

Fortieth Annual
Used Book Sale
April 11 - 14, 2008 |

A recognized East Coast event held
every year in the spring, offering
100,000 plus books in over eighty
categories to over 7,000 sale goers from
Stone Ridge,
the wider community, and the mid-Atlantic
region. Proceeds support financial assistance for students.
Parent volunteers are vital for filling
over 700 volunteer positions necessary
for the success of this sale.
Time commitment:
Each family is needed to work
at least one shift at the Book Sale in
April. Mark your calendars now!
Volunteer forms will be sent home in
March. |
