Admission Office by providing tours at the

November Open Houses, the Mini Open
Houses beginning in November, individual
tours as needed, and mentoring for the
Welcome Events on April 27, 2008.
Time Commitment: A few
hours for the Open Houses or individual
tours you choose to
work, and Sunday, April 27, 2008 for Welcome
Events.

August 29, 2007 - Book Buying Day
Volunteers are needed for the day.
Throughout the year, volunteers are
needed to help staff the popular school
shop that sells athletic wear,
sweatshirts, school supplies, and gifts.
Time commitment: One day on
August 29, 2007 (Book Buying Day) and/or
a minimum of one three and
a half hour shift per month, or split a
shift with a friend.

Lunch Program
- begins August 30, 2007 |
"Lunch
Moms (or Dads)" are needed daily for
lunchroom duty in the Lower School ONLY
from 11:30
a.m.
to 1:00 p.m.
Time commitment:
Approximately 1 1/2 hours per day as
many days as you can or want to
volunteer; you must be able to work the
entire shift.

Book Barn |
Work in the Book Barn is the backbone of
the Book Sale! Books are donated year
round. Volunteers sort by category and
price books for the spring sale.
Volunteers are also needed to make
occasional book pick ups. There is also
a need for volunteers to help twice a
year for the In-school Book Drive. Several
one-hour classes will be given during
the fall, but are not a prerequisite.
This work is done throughout the year.
Please come in and work in your area of
interest or choose a new one. There is a
great, ongoing need for volunteers in
the Book Barn.
Time commitment:
Open-ended. Volunteers are needed
for a regular commitment in the Book
Barn.
The Book Barn is open Monday,
Tuesday, and Thursday, 8:00
a.m.-3:00
p.m. and
one Sunday each month 12:00-4:00
p.m.

Drama/Music
Helpers |
Help is needed with the production
of plays in Middle and Upper Schools. No
previous theatrical experience needed.
Volunteers can participate in costume or
set construction, publicity, organizing
and providing meals for cast and crew
members, producing and printing
programs, concessions, drama archives
upkeep, shopping, and much more!
Volunteer musicians needed for various
projects during the year.
Time commitment:
As needed. |
