Charitable Giving at
Stone Ridge
The Goals and Mission of Stone Ridge School of the Sacred
Heart have been supported and sustained throughout its history by
the willing and generous charitable giving of alumnae, parents and
friends. The unequaled excellence of our faculty and facilities is
possible because of the vision and commitment of those who have
given to continue that mission.
Fundraising is a vital part of the Stone Ridge learning environment, committed to sustaining the tradition of Sacred Heart education. For while tuition covers roughly 84% of the operating budget of the school, additional resources are necessary to carry this dynamic education forward into a new era and to engender the unique potential that each child carries, by cultivating classroom, community, and building initiatives. Through gifts of time, talent, and treasure, the philanthropy of the entire Sacred Heart community allows us to attain these inspiring goals.
Guided and informed by the efforts of the board of trustees, the advancement office coordinates fundraising projects at Stone Ridge through a variety of programs. Annual Giving (link to annual giving page) supports numerous classroom and community initiatives throughout the school including educational programs, professional development, financial aid, and facilities enhancement. Additionally, endowment giving supports both current and future needs of the school.
